These Terms of Service cover your use of mlv.com, which is operated by South Street Travel LLC, doing business as Major League Vacations (“MLV,” “we,” or “us”). They apply to our website, our quote request forms, live chat, text messages, and the phone and email conversations you start through the website. Booking a trip is also governed by the booking terms on our Legal page and by the itinerary or invoice we confirm with you.
Who We Are
Founded in Philadelphia in 1992 as a traditional travel agency, Major League Vacations now specializes in sports travel. We build custom sports travel packages that can include event tickets, hotels, flights, airport and game-day transfers, and other trip details, with real advisors handling each quote. We are an independent travel provider and ticket reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league, team, venue, performer, or event organizer. Team, event, and venue names on our website identify the events our packages are built around, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
Quotes and Requests
A request sent through our forms, live chat, a text message, phone, or email is not a booking. An MLV advisor reviews it and replies with a quote. As our booking terms say, quoted vacations and Sport-Cation package prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change until the time of booking. Prices, availability, and package details shown on the website are general information and can change until your booking is confirmed.
Bookings, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Deposits, final payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the booking terms on our Legal page and your confirmed itinerary or invoice. If these Terms and those booking terms differ about a booking, the booking terms and your confirmed itinerary control. Some packages can be paid through a secure online payment link that we send or show on the package page; those payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.
Event Tickets
Tickets in our packages are resold, and their prices may be above or below face value. Tickets bought separately through Buy Tickets Only (mlvevents.com) are sold through our ticketing partner, TicketNetwork, under its own terms and policies. Event dates, times, participants, and venues are set by the event organizer and can change. As our booking terms say, there are no refunds for unused, stolen, or lost tickets.
Hotels, Flights, and Other Travel Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, transfer companies, ticket providers, and other suppliers provide the services in your package under their own terms, such as fare rules, check-in times, baggage fees, and cancellation policies. We arrange these services for you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, or failure to provide a service.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend travel protection for every booking. Travel insurance offered on our Travel Insurance page is provided by a third-party insurer under the terms of its policy, and the insurer decides claims.
Travel Documents and Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for valid identification, passports, visas, and any entry or health requirements for the trip, and for arriving on time for flights, transfers, and events. Traveler names must match government-issued identification.
Text Messages
Our quote request forms say: “By providing a telephone number and submitting the form you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message (our message frequency may vary). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging. Reply HELP for more information.” We text you about your request and your trip. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Using Our Website
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false requests, interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website text, photos, logos, and other materials belong to Major League Vacations, its licensors, or their respective owners, and their appearance here does not permit reuse.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website uses or links to services run by other companies, such as GoHighLevel for our quote requests and live chat, TicketNetwork for Buy Tickets Only, our travel insurance provider’s quote tool, Google Maps, review sites, and our social media pages. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services, and we do not control their content or availability.

Website Availability and Limitations
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is always current or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Changes to these Terms do not by themselves give new consent for text messages.
