Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Trip Deposits: (Individual or Group)
An initial deposit of 50% of your road game/vacation total cost will be due to confirm your space.
Final Payment: (Individual or Group)
Is due in our office no later than 45 days prior to your trip departure date.
Group Minimum Requirement:
A minimum of 20 attendees is required to guarantee the group rate that is being offered for your road game/vacation package.
Cancellation Penalties
Reservations cancelled after a deposit has been recieved will work in the following manner:
Reservations cancelled 45-days prior to your departure date a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty will be charged. Your remaining deposit monies will be returned to you.
Reservations cancelled within 45-days of your departure date a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty will be charged. Your remaining monies will be held in an account for 2-years that can be used for either another road-game or vacation travel package.
